EULA (End-User License Agreement)
Agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the Software.
EULA (End-User License Agreement)
By licensing, installing, using, or modifying the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license and revocation of any support or services provided by the Licensor.
1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
1.1 Use the Software for personal and commercial purposes.
1.2 Modify the Software for your own internal use.
1.3 Operate the Software in connection with your own business, including earning revenue from goods or services sold through the Software.
2. Restrictions
You are not permitted to:
2.1 Redistribute, publish, or disclose the source code of the Software in any form.
2.2 Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software or its source code to third parties.
2.3 Provide the Software, in whole or in part, as part of a service or platform for third parties (e.g., Software-as-a-Service), unless you have obtained a separate commercial license from the Licensor.
2.4 Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary rights notices included in the Software, unless you have obtained a separate license for watermark removal from the Licensor.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
4. Updates and Modifications
4.1 The Licensor may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software at its discretion.
4.2 Any modifications you make to the Software remain subject to this Agreement and may not be redistributed.
5. Termination
This license will automatically terminate if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Poland.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
By installing, copying, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
